Right-click the file and go to Open with -> Choose another app. Be sure to click the CONTENT DEBUGGER version (important). Download the version according to your device. Since browsers don't support Flash any longer, you'll need a separate program to open the game file. Your computer will think the file is sketchy, but it hasn't corrupted any of my computers in any of the years I've been putting it on my desktop, so I think you'll be fine.
